CARE ADVICE FOR MY QUATRE JEWELRY

The Clou de Paris motif is one of the signature codes of the Quatre collection.

In the Quatre Classique and Quatre Black Edition lines, brown and black are applied to a gold ring using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition)* technology. This coloring process, in which vaporized metal is applied in a vacuum, is one of the most state-of-the-art available. Like many coatings, it develops a patina over time, adding character and authenticity. 

If you'd like to restore the original shine or revive the color of your creation, you can drop it off at our after-sales service.

In the Quatre White Edition, Quatre Double White Edition, Quatre Blue Edition and Quatre Red Edition collections, the Clou de Paris motif is available in shades of white, blue and red. 

The Hyceram® ring is a blend of elastomer and ceramic. The result of a long research process, this original formula gives the jewelry a matte texture and vivid color. Like all precious materials, Hyceram® should be treated with the utmost care.

In the event of breakage, we will cover the cost within the limits of the warranty, subject to a diagnostic by our craftsmen.

To preserve the brilliance of your Quatre creation, we advise you to avoid rubbing and to limit repeated contact with water (bath, pool, sea, sweat).

We recommend using a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of your jewelry piece. If the piece is stained, it should be soaked in lukewarm water with a neutral detergent, brushed (with a soft brush such as a boar bristle brush) and dried thoroughly. The use of conventional detergents or chamois soaked in abrasive agents is not recommended, as they can cause scratches.  

Finally, please note that PVD-coated gold (Quatre Classique and Quatre Black Edition collections) does not hold up to ionic or ultrasonic cleaning.
