Boucheron’s relationship with the United States goes back a long way, and the Maison has fostered close ties with a rollcall of US clients throughout its history. Wealthy Americans in the 19th century would cross the Atlantic to tour Europe and buy the latest fashionable things – and Frédéric Boucheron was among the jewelers who attracted this new clientele. The relationship has only grown stronger down the years, culminating with Boucheron’s arrival in the United States in 2024. From America’s greatest dynasties to Hollywood movie royalty, the nation’s public figures have always had a taste for Boucheron. The Maison is linked to a host of legendary clients, from the Vanderbilts and Astors to Elizabeth Taylor and Rita Hayworth, by scores of sensational jewels and fascinating anecdotes.
